Help update our Graduate Guide to Programs in Animal Behavior
Two years ago, the Education Committee of the Animal Behavior Society compiled a Guide to Programs in Animal Behavior which can be found in pdf format at: http://www.animalbehavior.org/ABSEducation/programs-in-animal-behavior .
The Guide is intended to aid students interested in pursuing educational opportunities in animal behavior and is meant as a first step in choosing an appropriate program.
Program listings contain:
a) A general overview of the program, including specialized focus(es).
b) Web page URL for students interested in additional information
c) Degrees offered
d) Special facilities of interest to animal behavior researchers
e) Application deadline information
f) Contact information for queries
http://www.animalbehavior.org/ABSEducation/programs-in-animal-behavior .
We are asking all members to take a few minutes and please review the listing for their institution for accuracy (programs change over time). Please send updates to Dr. Sue Margulis, margulis at canisius.edu (or use the contact link on the website). For our members in South and Central America, we would welcome inclusion of your programs in the guide, and ask that you send the appropriate information (as outlined above).
Please send your updates by 31 January, 2010
